1. Refund and Cancellation Policy Overview

Thank you for shopping at stART Studio. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds. By making a booking, purchasing a package, or attending our sessions, you acknowledge and accept the terms stated in this policy.

2. Packages and Session Bookings

2.1 Refunds for Unused Sessions

• Packages purchased for art classes or Growth ART counselling are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

• Refunds will not be issued for partially used packages. Refunds may only be considered if no sessions in the package have been attended.

2.2 Missed Sessions

• Missed sessions without prior notice will be considered as utilised and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

• Rescheduling is possible only if advance notice is given (see Section 3).

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

3.1 Individual Sessions

• Cancellation with at least 24 hours' notice: Session may be rescheduled subject to availability.
• Cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice: Session will be forfeited, and no refund will be provided.

3.2 Workshops and Special Events

• Cancellation with at least 3 days' notice: Eligible for a refund or credit towards another workshop.
• Cancellation with less than 3 days' notice: No refund will be provided.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Registration or administrative fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

• Art materials provided as part of sessions or workshops are non-returnable once issued or used.

• Customized or personalised projects (e.g., commissioned artwork) are strictly non-refundable.

5. Refund Process

If a refund has been approved (see Sections 1–3), it will be processed within 14 working days and returned via the original payment method.
