Welcome to stART Studio. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, participation in our programs, and purchase of our services or materials. By accessing our website, registering for classes, or engaging in any of our activities, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

2. Our Services

2.1 Art and Growth Programs

We provide a range of services, including but not limited to:

• Art workshops and guided acrylic painting sessions

• Growth ART (therapeutic art and counselling sessions)

• Online classes conducted via platforms such as Zoom or other approved learning platforms

These services may be delivered at our studio, online, or at other venues as specified.

2.2 Learning Materials and Resources

We may also provide or sell art-related resources, tools, or materials (such as therapeutic art guides, workbooks, or art pieces). Availability, descriptions, and pricing of such resources are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Booking and Cancellation

3.1 Registration and Payment

Bookings for classes, workshops, or counselling sessions must be completed through the registration process. Payment is generally required at the time of booking to confirm your slot. stART Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.

3.2 Cancellation Policy

• For classes, workshops, and online sessions, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session.

• Refunds (when applicable) may take up to 14 business days to process.

4. Payment

4.1 Pricing

All fees for our programs and services are clearly listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. Fees are payable in the currency stated at the time of booking.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments via:

• Credit and debit cards (processed through secure gateways such as Stripe)

• PayNow

By providing your payment details, you authorize us to charge the stated amount for the service(s) purchased.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

All content, materials, program structures, and intellectual property (including but not limited to lesson plans, therapeutic resources, designs, and artworks) are the property of stART Studio, a brand under Start Studio Pte Ltd (UEN 20233015N), unless otherwise credited.

5.2 Permitted Use

Participants may use provided resources for personal learning and growth only. Reproduction, distribution, or use of our materials for commercial purposes without written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, stART Studio, its directors, facilitators, and representatives shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including personal injury, loss of property, or loss of earnings) resulting from participation in our programs, use of our website, or purchase of our resources.

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring their child’s well-being and safety while attending our sessions, both on-site and online.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless stART Studio, its employees, and representatives against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses that arise out of your use of our services, website, or materials, or from your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of our services after changes have been made will signify your acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
